Please note that all unpaid registrations will now need to be paid on-site, either by cash or by credit card.

Letters of Invitation

We understand that many people may need letters of invitation to help them secure a visa to enter Britain for the conference. If you do need such a letter of invitation, you will need to contact Irene Frawley from the ACM (her email address is frawley@hq.acm.org) as ACM now has a policy of issuing such letters from ACM headquarters for all ACM conferences.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations received before 30th July 2003 are subjected to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after 30th July 2003.
